I believe my Pro account was mistakenly deactivated on June 25, 2026, during the same period when multiple users reported subscription/account-status issues and possible guardrail false positives.
I have already submitted an appeal regarding this mistaken deactivation by email, but I have not received a response yet.

I believe this may be related to the June 25/26 subscription entitlement, account-status synchronization, or guardrail false-positive issue that other users have been reporting.
This has already affected several days of my learning and personal projects, and it has been really stressful and upsetting. I rely on ChatGPT and Codex heavily for my daily study and development work, so suddenly losing access without a clear explanation has been very difficult.
Could OpenAI Support please help confirm whether my mistaken deactivation appeal is being reviewed as part of the ongoing investigation into reported account deactivations/bans?
