They post updates all the time even in this thread staff responded @ShaggyBeats got responses in tickets and escalated tickets in 2 days.. Why are y’all upset? They solve tickets everyday. And you are customers if you feel they did you wrong don’t eat at the restaurant

This is not a false statement. I can find many closed threads right now. I have seen many posts be removed and know of this happening to many others. Silencing legitimate feedback always backfires, even if the feedback has anger tones.

At the end of the day, no amount of reason can reason with the unreasonable.

Easy to say, harder to actualize.

I’m not saying you are false. I’m saying there are reasons..

Thanks for raising this, @ShaggyBeats, and for the added perspectives from @please-save-my-earth, @DysTopia, and @mitchell_d00. Once an individual support case or feedback report has been sent to the appropriate team, we may close the topic so the details stay together and are easier to find later. Closing it does not mean the issue was rejected, resolved, or ignored. There is still a chance an issue may be interpreted as feedback, since different people can read the same situation differently. …

My ticket was escalated over two weeks ago. No response. My tickets before that were closed prematurely for the same issue. You have to make a ticket multiple times until they acknowledge it’s actually a problem. That should not happen. Waiting two weeks from escalated support should not happen

I know, I have waited weeks myself.

But if it irked me I’d just stop my membership.

Every ticket I have ever submitted in the last 3 years has eventually been resolved. But it does take time…

And the chat bot will close a ticket if it’s not detailed enough or customer service, nuance is king

We generally keep feedback threads open, even negative feedback, to get the pulse of the situation and adjudicate engineering resources. If you feel silenced, this is a concern.

I think you guys do a very good job considering the instability of the product, market, and people involved.
The past year especially, you folks seem to handle the negatives very well.

Let’s just hope we don’t get any more models that simulate human emotions… and the wave of people trying to tell everyone here that the model is ALIVE!

LOLOL

Also locked vs hidden vs deleted. They all have different meanings. Just because a thread is locked or hidden don’t mean it is gone.

Also threads lock and remove if they are combined with existing threads.
