Anyone else having issues pushing changes to their Sites? I’ve been getting errors for about a week now and after trying to open numerous support tickets, I’ve received no feedback/response. Below is a summary of the issues I’m seeing and was curious if others are having similar issues with a simialr lack of support from, support…?

git clone failed with exit code 128
error: RPC failed; HTTP 500 curl 22 The requested URL returned error: 500
fatal: expected ‘packfile’

I’m experiencing the same issue with ChatGPT Sites.
My live website is still working, but I’m unable to make any edits. Every edit attempt fails with:
git clone failed with exit code 128
HTTP 500
fatal: expected ‘packfile’
I’ve already reproduced it in normal Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Microsoft Edge, so it doesn’t appear to be browser-specific.
OpenAI Support has my case, but I’m still waiting for an update. At this point I am so frustrated.

Is anyone else seeing the same thing or has anyone found a resolution?

I’ve been trying to get help from support for the last 2-weeks, with little to show for it. I’ve provided a mountain of info (error logs, screenshots, etc.) and all they keep doing is asking for more, when the fix seems fairly straightforward…restart the broken services. I’m really digging this Sites feature, but I’m considering taking my business elsewhere if they can’t get this resolved by the time I rebuild it somewhere else.

Also, @VeitB why did you change the subject of this thread from what I had which was, “Sites Issues - OpenAI Support is Ghosting Me” to “HTTP 500 errors block updates to ChatGPT Sites”. The problem isn’t just a technical one with the HTTP 500 errors, its that OpenAI Support has been terrible / very non-responsive.
