Amagi’s operating revenue grew to Rs 437 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 330 crore in Q1 FY26, according to its consolidated financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Founded in 2008, Amagi operates a cloud-based advertising platform for connected TV (CTV) and programmatic advertising, enabling brands to run targeted campaigns across streaming platforms. The company generates most of its revenue from international markets, with the US as its key market. On a quarterly basis, the firm’s revenue increased by 10% from Rs 397 crore in Q4 FY26. The company earned Rs 18 crore in non-operating income during the quarter, taking its overall income to Rs 454 crore. While the financial statements did not provide a detailed expense breakup, employee benefits accounted for nearly half of the total expenses. Overall expenses increased 22% year-on-year to Rs 414 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 338 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
