E-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce continued its growth trajectory in the latest quarter, reporting a 14.3% year-on-year increase in revenue and a 20.3% rise in profit during Q1 FY27 . On the expense side, employee benefit expenses remained the company’s largest expense, increasing 41.6% to Rs 20.61 crore from Rs 14.56 crore. Server hosting expenses increased 43.5% to Rs 1.78 crore, while finance costs, depreciation, and other overheads drove Unicommerce’s total expenses to Rs 48.22 crore from Rs 40.60 crore. At the end, the Gurugram-based firm reported a profit of Rs 4.68 crore in Q1 FY27, up 20.3% from Rs 3.89 crore in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, revenue from operations declined 0.5% to Rs 51.37 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 51.62 crore in Q4 FY26 , while profit increased 37.5% to Rs 4.68 crore from Rs 3.4 crore. Unicommerce’s shares closed Thursday at Rs 91.36, valuing the company at around Rs 1,031 crore.
