Hi OpenAI team and community,

I’m a ChatGPT Business user, and my Business workspace does not appear to have received the Codex global usage reset on August 13, 2026.

After the reset event, my Codex usage limit remained unchanged:

  • Plan: ChatGPT Business

  • Workspace type: Business workspace

  • Weekly usage remaining: 34%

  • Next reset time shown: August 19, 2026 14:33 (UTC+8)

  • No available usage reset is shown in the Usage page

I have already contacted OpenAI Support and my case has been escalated to a support specialist.

I would like to ask OpenAI staff to clarify:

  1. Were ChatGPT Business workspaces intended to be included in the August 13 Codex global reset?

  2. If Business users were eligible, is there a known issue causing some workspaces to be excluded?

  3. Could affected Business workspaces be reviewed and corrected?

I have also seen other ChatGPT Business users reporting similar behavior, so I would like to confirm whether this is an individual account issue or a broader Business workspace issue.

Workspace information has been provided privately through the support ticket.
