Since installing the new ChatGPT desktop app, I’ve noticed an annoying scrolling issue. When ChatGPT finishes generating a response, the conversation automatically scrolls to the very end of the response instead of leaving me at the beginning where I can start reading it. I then have to manually scroll back up to the top of the response every time. This is particularly frustrating with longer answers, as I have to scroll back through the entire response before I can read it from the beginning. The web version does not appear to have this problem. This seems to be an issue with the new Windows desktop app rather than my account or the conversation itself.

I have the same problem, but slightly worse. The new response starts in the middle of the window and scrolls up from there, leaving the bottom half of the window blank
