I would like to see support for connecting multiple Google accounts to a single ChatGPT account.
At the moment, the Gmail/Google integration is very useful, especially because ChatGPT can search emails and also work with supported attachments. However, many people use more than one Google account, for example a personal account, a work account, or a separate archive account.
In my case, I would like to use a second Gmail account purely as an archive for another email provider. I do not want to forward all of those emails into my main Gmail account just so ChatGPT can access them.
Ideally, ChatGPT should allow users to connect multiple instances of the same app, for example:
- Gmail – Personal
- Gmail – Archive
- Google Drive – Personal
- Google Drive – Work
It would also be useful if ChatGPT clearly indicated which connected account a result came from.
I think this would make the Google integrations significantly more useful, as having multiple Google accounts is a very common setup.
The same concept could eventually also apply to other integrations such as Outlook, Dropbox, etc.
