I am tasked to do a chat bot for a company with 10k employees with ChatGPT agents in the backend. These 10k employees do not have ChatGPT accounts. They prefer to communicate through WhatsApp. What’s the best way of doing this?

You’ll have to run an app server.

There is a paid Whatsapp API for this kind of thing and you might be able to leverage an existing SDK.
