First, thank you for creating a tool that has become an important part of my daily life. I use ChatGPT for research, journaling, creative writing, music, learning, long-term projects, and personal organization. As my usage has grown, I’ve found myself wishing for a way to better understand how I use the platform.

I would love to see a personal usage dashboard that provides meaningful insights into my activity. Some features that would be incredibly valuable include:

• Total prompts/messages sent (lifetime and by month)
• Total conversations and projects
• Time spent using ChatGPT
• Usage by model (GPT-5.5, GPT-4.1, etc.)
• Voice conversation time
• Images generated
• Files uploaded and analyzed
• Most active projects or chats
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly usage trends
• Remaining usage limits for each plan or model
• Memory usage and available capacity
• Searchable history statistics
• Optional achievements or milestones for long-term users

For many of us, ChatGPT has become more than a chatbot—it is a creative partner, research assistant, learning platform, and personal knowledge companion. Having access to these analytics would help users better understand their habits, measure productivity, identify which projects receive the most attention, and manage their subscription more effectively.

I would also appreciate greater transparency around plan usage, including clear indicators of how close I am to usage limits before they are reached.

Finally, I’d love to see improved organization tools, such as:

• A higher limit for pinned chats and GPTs.
• Folders or categories for organizing conversations.
• Color-coding or custom icons for important chats.
• The ability to pin important messages within a conversation.
• The ability to export or download an entire conversation thread for offline reference.

Post script: As a long-term user, I would love a personal ‘Year in Review’ similar to Spotify Wrapped or GitHub Unwrapped. It could highlight my favorite topics, total conversations, hours spent learning, images created, milestones, and the projects that defined my year.
