@recursionrecursion1 I see :laughing:
I guess we complement each other :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

DysTopia:

Then does this fit? :blush:

Le Petit Prince

Yes and ..

.. you just made me think one step further :face_with_hand_over_mouth:
As a child, Le Petit Prince wasn’t really my thing. While my classmates were reading it, I was much more interested in books about animal behavior :sweat_smile:

But now I realize that’s actually not so far away: interacting with animals means interacting with other kinds of intelligence. And the more different the intelligence, the less useful rigid rules become - and the more important underlying principles are.

Horses, dogs and cats, humans, AIs… different minds, different rules - but some principles travel surprisingly well:gem_stone:

Just a small but very important Prinz, right’?

@recursionrecursion1 and @DysTopia

Okay, you two ..

.. accidentally collided in my head :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

One of you gave me Le Petit Prince and balloons.
The other gave me “They float… they all float… and you’ll float too…”

And now my brain refuses to behave:

balloons float → IT → “float” → floating-point numbers → wave-particle duality

…while apparently the red balloons float higher than the blue ones :flushed_face::rofl:

So at this point I have only one scientifically irresponsible conclusion:

They all float - just not to the same value:face_with_hand_over_mouth::gem_stone:

I guess this is what happens when different minds contribute different associations to the same evolving idea. None of us has to see the whole chain alone - we complement each other very well :cherry_blossom: :+1:

Apparently the cats aren't the only ones keeping the neighborhood awake.

:face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Well, village dogs have their own system: escape from their gardens, rendezvous at the village square, form a gang, then tour the village together annoying everyone. :joy:

Cat serenade: solo performance.
Dog gang: distributed system with spontaneous synchronization.

At this rate we’re only one step away from the Kuramoto model :nerd_face::rofl::gem_stone:

Those images are absolutely stunning!

Thank you. They are based on Greek Mythology

P.S.

CAThartic and CATerwauling were the prompts for my cats :wink:
