My name is Dhvanit, and I’m a student actively learning AI, prompt engineering, programming, research, and problem-solving with ChatGPT.

I’d like to propose a Student AI Learning Program for verified students.

The goal would not be to provide unlimited free Plus subscriptions. Instead, OpenAI could offer a controlled, education-focused plan with reasonable usage limits.

Possible features:

• Verified student eligibility

• Monthly educational usage allowance

• Access to advanced AI capabilities within reasonable limits

• Higher limits for genuine coding and educational projects

• Guided learning resources for AI and prompt engineering

• Support for programming and project-based learning

• Responsible-AI education

• Special access or temporary higher limits during major academic projects

Why I think this could be valuable:

Students are entering a world where AI literacy is becoming increasingly important. ChatGPT can function as a tutor, coding mentor, research assistant, and project partner, but advanced AI access can be difficult for students with limited budgets.

A student program could turn that limitation into an opportunity.

Instead of simply giving students a premium subscription, OpenAI could help students learn how to use AI effectively, responsibly, and independently.

In the long term, students who learn with OpenAI today could become tomorrow’s developers, researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, and AI professionals.

I also understand that advanced AI has real infrastructure and operational costs. That is why I think a verified, usage-limited pilot program could be a more realistic approach than unlimited free access.
