Zeta Global and Palantir Technologies announced a strategic partnership to bring customer and operational intelligence together on a shared AI infrastructure.

As part of the agreement, Zeta will rearchitect its Data Cloud on Palantir Foundry, the company’s data integration and AI platform. That will allow Zeta’s Athena AI engine to access a broader range of enterprise data and deliver real-time marketing decisions and automation.

The companies say the integration will help enterprises connect governed operational data with marketing execution, creating a foundation for agentic AI applications. Zeta’s customer data and decisioning capabilities will be combined with Foundry’s data governance, ontology, and operational infrastructure to support marketing use cases ranging from customer acquisition to retention.

“Palantir has built the infrastructure the world’s most sophisticated institutions run on, and Zeta has built the intelligence infrastructure that powers how enterprises acquire, grow, and retain customers,” Zeta CEO David Steinberg said in a release. He said the partnership could generate more than $100 million in annual revenue for Zeta over the coming years.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp said the partnership will bring the benefits of AI to enterprise marketing while helping organizations maintain governance and control over their data.

The companies also said Palantir will support Zeta’s go-to-market efforts, making Zeta’s marketing intelligence capabilities available to eligible Foundry customers.
