I would love to see notes in side panel. A simple notes editor that stays attached to the chat. A place to leave myself hints, future prompts, directions in which I want to drive the chat, or anything else really. If the tokens are too much then you can simply disable it and return to manually approving actions, or even loosen your policies. Why it’s spending more time than the model itself is definitely worrying, but you haven’t really provided any context to your codebase. I imagine from your name that it’s something to do with cybersecurity or investigating and manipulating memory. I wouldn’t be surprised if each approval request is pushing the model to really investigate what’s going on before signing off. There are certainly other reasons here as well: a monolithic codebase or “god modules” can cause this. I think Projects need a multi-level hierarchical structure for organizing conversations. Currently, every conversation thread sits directly under the Project. This works well for small Projects, but as a Project grows to dozens or hundreds of threads, it becomes increasingly cluttered and difficult to navigate, organize, and retrieve previous discussions. I would like users to be able to create 3–4 levels of hierarchy within each Project , similar to folders and subfolders. For example: Project → Module → Submodule → Conversation Thread Ideally, users should be able to create, name, and organize these levels themselves depending on the complexity of their Project. For example, a medical knowledge Project could be structured as: Radiology → Neuroradiology → Brain Tumors → Glioma This would turn Projects from a simple collection of conversations into a much more scalable long-term knowledge workspace , especially for professional, academic, and research use.

Problem Statement Currently, using ChatGPT via Apple CarPlay connects directly to the user’s primary mobile account and automatically syncs the conversation into the main chat history. While CarPlay enforces a voice-only interface on the dashboard, the generated transcripts immediately populate the mobile app’s recent history. Because vehicles are inherently shared spaces frequently occupied by passengers, family members, or colleagues, this behavior presents a significant privacy risk. Anyone with brief access to the iPhone after a drive can see the text history of conversations held in the car, or the driver might accidentally surface private mobile logs while trying to manage the app in front of passengers. Proposed Solution / Use Cases I would like to propose a feature that separates or isolates vehicle interactions from the primary account timeline. Here are a few potential ways this could be implemented: Automatic Temporary Chat for CarPlay: An option in the app settings that forces all interactions initiated via Apple CarPlay to default to a “Temporary Chat” state, ensuring transcripts are deleted once the drive ends. CarPlay Sandbox Profile: A separate container or “Guest Mode” for the car that stores vehicle logs in an isolated local tab rather than merging them into the cloud-synced main history.
