Anyone having difficulty getting a response from OpenAI Support?

Hi everyone, Has anyone had difficulty getting an issue resolved by OpenAI Support? My case has been pending for about a week with no response. I have followed up through the support chat and email, but still haven’t received help from a human agent. When I try to open a new ticket, the AI support system tells me to go back to my existing ticket and automatically closes the new one as a duplicate. But when I go back to the original ticket, nobody responds. I’m basically stuck in a loop. Has anyone experienced this and successfully managed to reach a human OpenAI support agent? If so, how did you do it? Thanks for any advice.

Codex Weekly Limits Are Draining Way Too Fast — Is This a Bug?

As I’ve stated elsewhere I believe Max and Ultra simply aren’t worth the expense. Sol High for coding tasks is very good indeed. The only criticism I have is Codex isn’t yet capable of doing “everything in one go” imho. You have to tackle things piece by piece. However it’s very good at that. I’m not convinced you can "fire and forget* long tasks reliably either and that modus operandi will land you with too much rework and wasted quota. As far as “shrinking quotas” are concerned I’m working on a tool to make that more obvious if it’s happening at all.

I would like to see support for connecting multiple Google accounts to a single ChatGPT account. At the moment, the Gmail/Google integration is very useful, especially because ChatGPT can search emails and also work with supported attachments. However, many people use more than one Google account, for example a personal account, a work account, or a separate archive account. In my case, I would like to use a second Gmail account purely as an archive for another email provider. I do not want to forward all of those emails into my main Gmail account just so ChatGPT can access them. Ideally, ChatGPT should allow users to connect multiple instances of the same app, for example: Gmail – Personal Gmail – Archive Google Drive – Personal Google Drive – Work It would also be useful if ChatGPT clearly indicated which connected account a result came from. I think this would make the Google integrations significantly more useful, as having multiple Google accounts is a very common setup. The same concept could eventually also apply to other integrations such as Outlook, Dropbox, etc.

Please Don't Deprecate GPT-Realtime Before a True Replacement Exists

I have also come across similar issues with all newer models. The closest acceptable model after v1 was v1.5. But 2, 2.1 and 2.1 mini have an issue with consistency. The biggest issue preventing me from using the newer models in production is with the use of unnecessary preamble for very short tool calls even with explicit prompting to avoid preambles. Could someone at OpenAI provide assurance that v1 will not be deprecated before an acceptable replacement is provided?

When a ChatGPT project lasts weeks or months, the problem is not always that the model simply “forgets.” Something more dangerous can happen: a new conversation reconstructs an almost-correct version of the project and continues reasoning perfectly well from incomplete history. We ran into this ourselves. We were about to change part of a project when we recovered an older continuity record and discovered that: a decision we thought was new had already been made, a capability we thought was missing already existed, and something we were about to modify was supposed to remain frozen. The reasoning wasn’t bad. The available context was incomplete. So we built a simple process called Continuity that extracts the current operational state of a conversation and carries it into a new one: active objectives, decisions still in force, constraints, completed work, unresolved items, dependencies and critical references. It doesn’t try to make the AI remember everything. It preserves what is still necessary to continue working correctly. After repeated testing on long-running projects, the effect has been surprisingly large for such a simple mechanism. This seems like a useful native ChatGPT capability: not unlimited memory, but explicit operational continuity between conversations .
